To reduce the amount of passwords your users have to remember it is possible to link a Microsoft account to a senso.clould portal user.
Linking an Account for a New User
- Create the account as explained in this article. *IMPORTANT* When creating the account the email address used must match the email address the user logs into their Microsoft account with.
- Once the account has been created the user should log into the senso.cloud web portal using the Log in with Microsoft button.
- The user should then enter their Microsoft account details.
- When asked to grant permissions click Yes. This only occurs the first time a user logs in with their Microsoft account.
The user will now be logged into the web portal.
