UPDATE (29/06/18):

Planned infrastructure maintenance has been completed successfully. 

The following IP addresses for our servers have changed and will need updating in your firewall/proxy if you are white-listing using explicit IP rules.


PLANNED MAINTENANCE: Friday 29th June 7am-4pm GMT (2am-11am ET).  

We are upgrading the senso.cloud infrastructure on June 29th, 2018 (07:00-16:00 UTC).  You may not notice any downtime, but those with older firewalls who whitelisted our servers by IP address, will probably need to update the firewall exclusions.

We are notifying everyone as a precaution in the event the IP addresses change for senso.cloud servers, if they do, please check back at this page for the updated IP's.

Please check your firewall/proxy configuration and if you whitelisted using wildcards or domain rules instead of IP addresses e.g. *senso.cloud*, *windows.net* and *cloudapp.net* then no action is required and no downtime will be noticed.  Customers will be notified immediately of the new IP addresses by email and this article will be updated.
