- Open the Senso Web Portal
- Go to the Admin Center Portal
- Choose Console Users
- Select Manage Users
- Select Manage User link (right-hand side) of the user account you wish to modify.
- Remove check/Add Check from Data Sync Enabled
- Click confirm to save
Enabling of Data Sync pulls from external data for this user. This requires additional configuration in the Data Sync area of the Admin Center before it will function correctly.
