*Start with this article to begin the process of setting up Service Desk.*
Log in to the Admin center of your Senso.cloud account
Click on Service Desk in the right hand panel of options, choose User Management, the Role Manager
Click on Create Role
Give the new Role a Name and choose the options associated with this role. For administrator roles, all categories should be selected.
