This allows you to view the groups that are synced through Teams, Google Classroom and ClassLink.

How to switch integration user

In your group view you will be able see the Switch Integration User option.

Once you click on the button you will see a window listing the console users. From there you are able to select which user you want to view.

Once that is done you will see all the integration groups that the console user has access to.

How to set this up in a role

In the role you are setting this option against you will need to go through the following steps.

  1.  Go to the role section in the portal.

  2. Click "edit" next to the desired role.

  3. Navigate to the permissions tab and locate the Switch User Integration permission and tick it.

  4. Click Confirm. This will apply to all the users that this role is assigned to.
