This Module enables console users to view the screens of the end devices and take control. The user will be able to have full keyboard and mouse control when the module is being used.

How to use:
- Click on the device that you would like to take control of. This can be done through the list view or the thumbnail view. A window will open showing the full screen of the device you have selected.
- In the top left of the window, you will see a red stop sign. When you click on it you are able to select the control type over the machine you have.
No Control - This stops the console user being able to have any mouse or keyboard control over the device, they will only be able to view the screen.
Shared Control - This allows the console user to have access to the mouse and keyboard and still allows the end user on the device to use the physical mouse and keyboard to control the device.
Full Control - This stops the end user from being able to use a physical mouse and keyboard at the device restricting the device to only be controlled through the senso portal.
