This guide covers the steps to send a violation using the MyConcern integration within the portal. Please ensure the MyConcern integration has been set up before attempting to send a violation.

Step 1 : Log in to the Senso portal and navigate to the Logging section which is accessible via the toolbar on the top right


Step 2 : Find the violation you want to send to MyConcern, then click the arrow icon in the top-right corner of the window and select “Send to MyConcern”


Step 3 : A report window will open for you to complete. Fill in the required details, then click “Submit.”


After submitting the form, a Concern Reference Number will be generated. Your concerns will appear as usual in the MyConcern portal under the "My Concerns" tab on the dashboard. The Concern Reference Number you received corresponds to the Concern ID column on the right-hand side of the table.
