These instructions are for testing purposes only. If these changes result in improved device connectivity, please re-enable the settings and then refer to our KB article (Whitelisting Traffic Within WEBRTC) for guidance on whitelisting traffic while keeping the "Anonymize Local IPs Exposed by WebRTC" option as default.

This will work on both Edge and Chrome browsers

  1. Open the chrome browser.

  2. Search chrome://flags. (If using Edge you can navigate to either chrome://flags or edge://flags)

  3. In the built in search bar,  search for WebRTC and look for the Anonymize local IPs exposed.

  4. Select the drop down box next to Anonymize local IPs exposed by WebRTC. Set this to disabled.

  5. At the the bottom of the page you will see a relaunch button. Click it.
