Any Chrome Devices that have hit EOL and won't update past Chrome 76 will not function properly using Senso.

5.  In the search box type then choose the Senso client from the list and click Select to add to your OU.

6.   Copy your configuration file and paste in the Enter a JSON value line (Find and modify your Configuration File)

Change the client to be Force Installed or Force Installed and Pin to Browser Extension, and choose Save at the top.

7. Senso client will now start deploying to any Users contained in this OU that log into a managed Chromebook

Change within Google Settings that could interfere with Senso Extension working correctly:

If the student goes into Settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies and other site data > Block all cookies, it doesn't allow the client to store information which prevents the Senso Extension from working.

A change would need to be made within the Google Admin console > Devices > Chrome > Settings > Users & browsers > Cookies > Allow cookies for URL patters > [*.]
