Change within Google Settings that could interfere with Senso Extension working correctly:
If the student goes into Settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies and other site data > Block all cookies, it doesn't allow the client to store information which prevents the Senso Extension from working.
A change would need to be made within the Google Admin console > Devices > Chrome > Settings > Users & browsers > Cookies > Allow cookies for URL patters > [*.]senso.cloud
Finished: Please see Getting started with the web console
