Please make sure the following locations are excluded from any form of scanning from Antivirus:

C:\Program Files\Renato\senso.cloud\SensoState.exe
C:\Program Files\Renato\senso.cloud\SensoLaunch.exe
C:\Program Files\Renato\senso.cloud\SensoUpdate.exe
C:\Program Files\Renato\senso.cloud\Modules\9144ce3c-eb4f-47d4-ac19-ea36071bdc64\aadg.exe
C:\Program Files\Renato\senso.cloud\Modules\9144ce3c-eb4f-47d4-ac19-ea36071bdc64_13baa309534b35086ee4416bb22cb2dfd0e9463d32f0e583ce0844db7d9bb826\aadg.exe

If you use Fast User Switching or you use Windows Servers with AV installed, you may also need to consider adding the following folders
