The following Role is what we recommend Schools use for a user who only requires access to Team Violations. 

Or this role can be added to existing users to grant the permissions without editing their current roles.

Note: These are only recommendations and you do not have to configure your roles exactly like these.

Microsoft Teams Chat Monitoring Setup

This role will give the user permissions to see All Logs for the Entire School(s) aka Sites they are assigned to.

We always recommend to use User Assigned Sites when applying roles, as this makes the Roles easier to manage.
