Senso includes classroom management and monitoring features that allow authorised users to view computer screens within their classroom or site. However, the Deny Screen function can be enabled to enhance privacy. When this is active, a screen can only be viewed remotely if the user of that computer grants explicit permission at the time. This ensures that personal information is not accessed or shared without consent.
Additionally, a warning message can be displayed on the user's screen to notify them when their screen is being viewed, providing further transparency and reassurance.
