1. Verify the configuration file is located at
C:\Program Files\Renato Software\Senso.Cloud.Client\Configuration\AssignmentConfiguration.json
2. Confirm your license key and site assignment key is correct, edit via text editor -

3. Check you are not exceeding your license count and the device has a bundle assigned
If you have exceeded your license count, contact your account manager to increase it or use the clean-up tool to free up licenses.
4. Ensure all prerequisites have been completed for Firewall and Anti Virus :

If the client is still offline even after reviewing these steps, retrieve the error logs folder and submit it to our support team for further review. The location of the error logs folder is: C:\Program Files\Renato Software\Senso.Cloud.Client\Logs
